Keith Downer has an MBA from Columbia University and a BSc. In Computer Science and Mathematics Magna Cum Laude from UWI in Barbados. He was the Head of Risk Architecture Reporting to the CRO of CCB at JPMorgan Chase, lead the ERM Capabilities at Citi Globally and lead the Risk and Business Capabilities for American Express Interactive. With 29 years’ experience in Risk, Finance, Data, Analytics and Emerging Tech, and international experience across ASIA, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Keith has been actively involved in Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies since 2016 where he supported a client project to evaluate the Blockchain technology, design and implementation of Blockchain architecture for internal and external contracts with trading partners. The pilot was then implemented for business use. He continues to provide assistance to clients on their white papers, business plans and Risk profiles and evaluates for clients the Risks to be considered I have presented on Risk Management, AML, KYC,Fraud, Customer Onboarding, AI, Blockchain and Big Data at industry conferences and events such as the Blockchain Fest @ Boston hosted at MIT, the Blockchain Leadership Connect Consensus New York 2018, the Chicago 2018 Blockchain Leadership connect and was a Blockchain Hackathon judge at the Global Blockchain Hackathon in New York in July 2018 and the Global Blockchain Hackathon in Chicago 2018.

An experienced architect and developer, Mr. Robertson has significant experience applying information technologies to solve business challenges. His experience spans the public and private sectors, implementing FICO Blaze Advisor solutions for Geico, The Internal Revenue Service, The Department of Justice, Sallie Mae and Dell Financial Services. Mr. Robertson is an analytical thinker and excels at delivering strategic and technical insight to TechBlue clients.

Mr. Kinzler provides technical assistance for the National Mine Map Repository (NMMR), Office of Surface Mining, Department of theInterior. The NMMR is the nation’s resource for coal mine maps, as well as other hard rock minerals. There are two processes used to archive these maps, image and data.
Image archiving is achieved by scanning mine maps using Cruse scanning equipment (https://crusescanner.us/). After scanning, images are loaded into Adobe Photoshop for processing, appending aNMMR logo and scale bar, as well as NMMR’s “Document Number”, which allows images to be tracked within NMMR’s database.
Data archiving involves carefully observing each mine map image and determine where the mine is located within the United States. Additional information from the mine map (mine name, company name, mineral mined, coal seam, MSHA ID to name a few) is also collected for easier retrieval in NMMR’s database.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing system architectures in response to client needs, establishing and maintaining effective and seamless interface with private enterprise, government, and military clients. Excellent track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to critical customer issues. Articulate communicator, and effective leader skilled in enlisting the support of all team members in aligning with project and organizational goals.
Mr. Rivas is capable in various roles including Technical Lead, Software Engineer, and Solution Manager.
Ms. Reitz became a member of the TechBlue consulting team in April 2020. She began her employment gaining technical training and certifications in Tableau Desktop and all Nintex platforms including Workflow, Office365/SharePoint, Foxtrot RPA and Promapp Process Mapping. Ms. Reitz is well-versed in analysis methods and processes and has led efforts to gather customer requirements and translate them into deliverable solutions. Ms.Reitz has also performed various roles in an O&M capacity, primarily designing and delivering business intelligence enhancements to solutions, gathering requirements for resolving issues, and performing unit and integration testing ensuring all functionality performs as expected.
An experienced analyst, Ms. Smallshaw excels at delivering systems and business analysis within the commercial and federal spaces. Her work has contributed to the success of several leading organizations including the YMCA and Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney. Ms. Smallshaw has applied strong analytical skills to serve in key liaison roles between technical and business teams and is an excellent communicator. Taylor has experience leading analysis efforts, including disparate teams, to deliver insight, documentation and recommendations on business systems implementations across the SDLC. Ms. Smallshaw is capable in various roles including Business Rule Developer and Business Analyst.
